Psychotherapy

Through life's ebbs, flows, and storms it can be unsettling to face the challenges and responses that come with that. Individual therapy allows you to face those challenges with your therapist by your side. During our therapy appointments, I will help you in your healing process, by listening intently, validating, and offering tools to further your healing and coping. Together, we can do this.

I work with children and adults who are trying to navigate changes and life transitions, those who are struggling with their relationships, emotions, and those who have experienced trauma.

I work from an integrative approach, pulling from attachment and trauma informed care. I use pieces of emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in my treatment approach.
